Cars.com.na is an online advertising platform. We do not own or sell vehicles, we merely provide the means for sellers to advertise their vehicles online.

What is an Email Safe List?

Each email client application features spam filters which automatically recognize whitelisted and blacklisted email addresses. Whitelisted addresses are deemed acceptable and any mail from these addresses is usually delivered to the inbox without additional filtering. Blacklisted addresses are senders from which you do not wish to receive email communication from. The safe list, also commonly referred to as a white list, is a list of all email addresses you would like to receive email from without any issues.

Your safe list is managed by you within your email application and can be easily updated based on your preferences. By default, email messages that you add to your own personal address book are considered safe and will not be placed into your junk or spam folder.

  2. Click on More Options in the upper right hand corner of the message.

Cars.com.na does not deal with transactions between a buyer and a seller, we merely aim to match buyers with sellers.

On the listing's page click on either the "Report this Seller" in the "Contact the Seller" block or on theĀ "Report" button underneath the listing's images and features. Fill in the form and submit it. Our team will receive your submission and will investigate the listing.

YES! We track the amount of telephone number clicks and email enquiries each listing receives and then display them on your "My Cars" page.

On average a Featured listing receives around 10 times as many views, telephone number clicks and enquiries as a non-featured listing.

When your vehicle is sold you can either wait for your listing to automatically expire or you can log into your account and deactivate the listing from your "My Cars" page. An expired or deactivated listing will show a "Sold" message to the public and will not show up in search results.

Facebook has limited the amount of exposure posts receive when not paid for. By "boosting" a post on Facebook, we effectively pay Facebook to give your post more exposure. The traffic is also primarily targeted towards Namibians of vehicle buying age, so there is a much higher chance of someone who is genuinely interested in buying your vehicle seeing the post on Facebook.

With Cars.com.na receiving daily advert submissions, it's easy to see your advert fall off the front page in a short time. By choosing a "Featured" option, you assure that your advert will display as a pinned post on top of the Cars.com.na front page for the number of days the package you selected allows. Your advert will also be included in our newsletter, which is sent to our massive opted-in and Namibian fan base.

This means we will include your advert in a newsletter we will be sending out to ourĀ massive opted-in and Namibian fan base.
